SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to grow our online presence and drive measurable results. The ideal candidate will combine hands‑on SEO expertise with a passion for emerging AI‑driven search technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across on‑page, technical, off‑page and local SEO.
• Conduct keyword research, monitor rankings, and improve organic traffic, leads and conversions.
• Manage Google Business Profile listings to boost local visibility and lead generation.
• Plan and run digital campaigns on LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Create and optimise content for websites, social media, GBP and other platforms.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) for research, content creation, analysis and automation.
• Stay updated on AI Search, AEO, GEO, algorithm changes and new marketing technologies.
• Analyse competitors, search trends and market opportunities to identify growth areas.
• Present video content for social media, educational and promotional purposes.
• Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, sales and other teams to execute initiatives.
• Assist with basic website updates, CMS management and minor technical tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on SEO and digital marketing experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of technical, on‑page, off‑page and local SEO.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven search trends and emerging technologies.
• Ability to work independently, analyse data and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
