SEO & GEO Manager – Global Multilingual Search Lead

About the role

STARTRADER is looking for an SEO & GEO Manager to own organic and AI‑answer visibility across every market and language the brand publishes in. You will lead multilingual technical SEO, content, and authority strategy while building a measurable acquisition channel inside AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.

Key responsibilities

• Drive organic growth in all current and future markets with multilingual keyword, entity, and intent architecture.
• Own traffic, rankings, and their impact on registrations and funded accounts, not just raw visits.
• Implement technical SEO at scale: indexation, canonicals, redirects, site architecture, hreflang, Core Web Vitals, JavaScript rendering, log‑file analysis, and structured‑data validation.
• Manage regional SEO specialists and agency partners without direct reporting lines.
• Develop AI‑driven workflows for briefs, audits, and quality assurance while maintaining human oversight in a regulated YMYL environment.
• Allocate budget and set priorities at market‑cluster level, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.

• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
• Comfort with AI tools and a clear understanding of regulatory constraints in financial services.
