SEO Manager

About the role

Lead the SEO strategy for Sotheby’s luxury real‑estate portfolio across the UAE, KSA and wider MENA markets. Drive organic growth, qualified leads and brand visibility by embedding SEO across all digital touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive SEO roadmap covering on‑page, technical, content and off‑page optimisation.
• Lead keyword research with intent mapping (buy, invest, rent, branded, community‑based searches).
• Optimise site architecture, internal linking, URL structures and metadata for high‑value property pages.
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits using Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and GA4.
• Manage XML sitemaps, canonicalisation, hreflang tags and page‑speed optimisation for Arabic and English sites.
• Coordinate SEO implementations with web development teams (React/CMS environments).
• Collaborate with content writers to optimise property, project, community pages and blogs, ensuring correct keyword placement, schema and UX.
• Perform backlink audits and manage white‑hat link‑building strategies with media, portals and partners.
• Track SEO performance (traffic, rankings, engagement, lead quality) and produce monthly reports with insights.
• Align SEO with paid search, Meta campaigns, email/CRM journeys (HubSpot) and property portal visibility.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on SEO experience.
• Proven background in real‑estate, luxury or high‑value lead generation (strong advantage).
• Familiarity with UAE and KSA property ecosystems (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, Rightmove).
• Strong understanding of Google algorithm updates, SERP behaviour and multilingual SEO.
