Server Assistant (Crust)

About the role

The Crust Server Assistant supports the dining team at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi by ensuring tables are cleared, reset, and ready for guests, and by assisting the server in delivering a seamless, high‑quality dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Describe menu items to guests with vivid details about origin, taste, and preparation.
• Communicate guest orders, special requests, and dietary needs to the kitchen.
• Coordinate timing of food delivery and verify that kitchen output matches the original order.
• Transport dishes to tables promptly, maintaining food quality and presentation.
• Anticipate guest needs, check satisfaction, and respond quickly to concerns.
• Break down, clean, and set up tables, buffets, and food stations, as well as back‑of‑house areas.
• Retrieve and stock linen, china, silverware, glassware, and food items according to Four Seasons standards.
• Adhere to Category One and Category Two Work Rules and the Employee Handbook.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and kitchen staff.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, upscale hospitality environment.
