Server – Hospitality Role in Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Server to join our restaurant team in Abu Dhabi. You will be the face of the brand, ensuring guests receive prompt, friendly service while supporting smooth kitchen and floor operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude, engage with guests, and assist teammates during busy periods.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen, cashiers, and service staff to guarantee accurate order flow and timely delivery.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards; report any hazards or equipment issues.
• Support training of new staff by demonstrating proper order‑taking, guest interaction, and hygiene practices.
• Help control costs by reducing order errors, managing table turnover, and handling inventory of cutlery and condiments.
• Upsell menu items, promote daily specials, and ensure accurate billing and payment processing.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer‑service certificate is a plus.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a food‑and‑beverage or customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage warmly with guests.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to menu updates, and follow feedback for continuous improvement.
