Service Advisor – Automotive After‑sales

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused Service Advisor to join Al‑Futtaim Automotive’s Honda after‑sales team in Abu Dhabi. The advisor will act as the primary liaison between vehicle owners and the workshop, ensuring a transparent, professional and seamless service experience from reception to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly, capture service and repair requirements accurately.
• Prepare detailed job cards, explain required work, provide cost estimates and confirm delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with workshop technicians to monitor progress and guarantee on‑time vehicle completion.
• Keep customers informed of status, additional repairs, approvals and any delays throughout the service journey.
• Present completed work, invoices and service recommendations clearly at vehicle hand‑over.
• Promote value‑added services and contribute to individual service and revenue targets.
• Address customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution to maintain high satisfaction.
• Ensure all documentation, billing and communication follow company standards and procedures.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of automotive dealership experience, with at least 3 years as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
