About the role
To provide professional service to customers by accurately recording and organising quality repair and maintenance work, enhancing customer retention and after‑sales revenue, and advising on current and future maintenance needs.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and greet customers, discuss service or repair needs and record requirements on the job card.
- Explain the job details, value and cost to the customer and obtain confirmation.
- Prepare clear work instructions for technicians and monitor progress.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets standards and satisfies the customer.
- Deliver the vehicle courteously, collect payment and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proactive communication with existing and prospective customers, follow up on back‑order parts and service status.
- Upsell accessories, service packages and participate in service campaigns.
Required profile
- Vocational qualification in automotive trade, Diploma in Automobile Engineering or a graduate degree.
- 2–5 years of experience in the automotive trade.
