Service Engineer – Security Systems (Dubai)

About the role

The Service Engineer will join the Security Systems Aftermarket team in Dubai, reporting to the Senior Project Manager. You will be responsible for installing, servicing, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on a range of security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute site surveys, produce dilapidation reports and recommend upgrades or replacements.
• Deliver inspection, testing and maintenance for CCTV, access control, ANPR, facial recognition, intercom and barrier systems.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily activities and resources under the contract agreement.
• Provide technical advice, prepare performance reports and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Monitor preventive‑maintenance programmes and suggest improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum five years of experience in security systems service and maintenance.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
