About the role
This position ensures an exceptional guest experience in a highly empowered environment, representing the brand throughout the guest journey and delivering a flawless stay from check‑in to check‑out.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct all operational tasks in the Front Office while adhering to service standards and procedures.
- Go the extra mile to delight guests and prevent complaints, ensuring appropriate service recovery when needed.
- Proactively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always keeping the guest’s interests at heart.
- Maintain high service standards throughout the guest journey from check‑in to check‑out.
Required profile
- Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role within a 5‑star hospitality environment.
- High school diploma required; college degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years experience in a similar position at a 5‑star hospitality company.
