Service Sales Engineer – Elevator Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Service Sales Engineer to join TK Elevator’s Dubai team. The role blends technical expertise with sales acumen to deliver maintenance, repair and modernization solutions for elevators and escalators, ensuring safety and reliability for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships as the primary technical sales contact for service offerings.
• Assess client elevator and escalator systems, identify service needs and propose tailored maintenance, repair or modernization solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and service teams to design customized proposals that meet contractual and technical requirements.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, clearly communicating value propositions.
• Support contract negotiations by providing accurate technical information and clarifications.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
• Participate in trade shows, workshops and training sessions to stay current with industry advancements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies and legal requirements throughout all activities.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in technical sales or service engineering, preferably within the elevator, escalator or related industries.
• Strong customer‑facing skills and ability to act as a trusted advisor.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
