Service Supervisor – Elevator Maintenance

About the role

The Service Supervisor will lead field service operations for elevator maintenance across a defined geographic area in Dubai. You will oversee preventive and reactive maintenance, repairs, modernisation projects and act as second‑level technical support while ensuring safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day team activities to achieve zero accidents, low call‑back rates and optimal labour/spare‑parts consumption.
• Conduct safety audits at client sites, ensuring all work follows Otis procedures and WWJSSS requirements.
• Provide management information and performance insights for decision‑making.
• Track team utilisation, evaluate performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Support junior colleagues on service tasks and deliver formal/informal technical training.
• Coordinate with Finance to trigger invoicing based on work stages at client sites.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years (84 months) of experience in elevator or similar technical service operations.
• Proven ability to lead a field team and manage safety‑critical activities.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.
