Service Supervisor II – Cementing

About the role

Halliburton is seeking an experienced Service Supervisor II to lead cementing operations at well sites in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality cementing services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strict safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee cementing service line activities on‑site, providing direction to crew members and equipment usage.
• Plan each job, issue work instructions, and resolve disputes within approved authority levels.
• Direct service operators, manage equipment clean‑up, repair, and preparation for subsequent jobs.
• Perform well‑site calculations and technical assessments required for successful cementing operations.
• Lead a mixed crew of Halliburton and non‑Halliburton personnel, evaluate performance, and provide on‑the‑job training.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and actively participate in the Quality Improvement Process.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Service Supervisor – Cementing.
• Valid licence to operate commercial equipment, if required.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety and environmental awareness.
