About the role
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join Otis in Dubai, responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on elevators and escalators.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues in elevators and escalators.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on elevator and escalator systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance (PPM) to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service.
Required profile
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or B.Tech.
- 5–8 years of experience in the elevator and escalator industry.
- Strong knowledge of elevator and escalator systems and components.
- Understanding of safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
