Service Technician

About the role

Premium Pack Trading Co. L.L.C is seeking a full‑time Service Technician to join its Dubai team. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing packaging machinery at customer sites and within company facilities, ensuring equipment reliability and minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation, routine and preventive maintenance on industrial packaging machines.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and operational faults and execute efficient repairs.
• Conduct field service visits and on‑site inspections, completing detailed service reports.
• Provide customers with clear guidance on proper equipment use and safety practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams to secure required parts and uphold service standards.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with industrial or packaging machinery maintenance and repair.
• Proven troubleshooting ability for mechanical, electrical and operational issues.
• Field service background with regular travel to customer locations.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and professional communication skills.
• Technical diploma or certificate in mechanical, electrical or mechatronics engineering (preferred).
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics and use diagnostic tools.
• Commitment to safety procedures and regulations.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
