Show Operator Audio Assistant – Theater Operations

About the role

The Wynn Al Marjan Island resort is seeking a Show Operator Audio Assistant to support its new theater operations. You will work on‑site, ensuring high‑quality sound for rehearsals, performances and special events in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise audio staff in the absence of the Head of Audio, coordinating with the Technical Manager.
• Maintain and troubleshoot all audio and communication systems.
• Operate the audio console and mix live audio for rehearsals, shows and events.
• Perform audio department cue tracks and support other departments as needed.
• Assist with inspections, maintenance schedules and safety compliance.
• Help create a positive atmosphere for show personnel and perform any additional duties assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years experience as an Audio Technician on large‑scale theatrical or production shows.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and willingness to learn lifesaving/CPR skills.
