Showroom Manager – Automotive Sales

About the role

Plan, manage and lead the showroom sales team to achieve sales targets while ensuring smooth, efficient and effective showroom operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed volume and profit targets.
• Communicate sales plans and targets to the team and monitor progress.
• Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to final closure and documentation.
• Handle critical problems and major customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
• Prepare monthly stock requirement lists for approval.
• Maintain high standards of showroom display, housekeeping and product information.
• Monitor the PDI process to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Guide, motivate and develop sub‑ordinates for continuous performance improvement.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar automotive sales role.
• Strong knowledge of automobile sales and showroom merchandising.
• Dynamic, proactive personality with the ability to lead and develop teams.
• Preferably bilingual in Arabic and English.
• Ability to build profitable relationships with existing and prospective customers.
