Showroom Sales Manager

About the role

Al Ghurair is seeking a Showroom Sales Manager to lead sales performance at its new dealership. The role combines operational oversight, customer engagement, and financial management to drive revenue and maintain a premium showroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales performance to meet or exceed the agreed budget.
• Track, generate and optimise leads to improve conversion rates.
• Support the Dealer Principal in budgeting and sales operations.
• Ensure smooth transaction processing using the dealer management system.
• Oversee finance and insurance (F&I) processes to capture additional revenue.
• Conduct daily sales meetings to monitor activities and progress.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
• Maintain showroom display and hygiene standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring legal and compliance adherence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in operational management.
• Strong background in automotive sales.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Knowledge of banking and financial processes.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

Required skills

• Dealer Management System proficiency.
