Site Administrator Engineer

About the role

Utopia is seeking a hands‑on Site Administrator Engineer to support the on‑ground team delivering a high‑end luxury accommodation project in Dubai. You will lead daily reporting, collect data from Site Engineers, and ensure all documentation is up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and enter daily reports, capturing weather, personnel, equipment, work completed, materials, inspections, safety issues and delays.
• Organise technical documentation, project plans and inspection records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, industry and company standards.
• Analyse operational problems and propose process improvements.
• Step in for the Site Engineer when required, attending high‑level meetings and supporting strategic decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, variations and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction site roles such as Inspector, Project Engineer, Field Engineer or Site Supervisor.
• Completed at least two full‑cycle luxury villa or high‑end residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations and construction practices.
• Fluent English for communication with international management.

Required skills

• Procore (construction management software).
• General construction software proficiency.
