Site Architect

About the role

The Site Architect will ensure architectural integrity and compliance across construction projects in Abu Dhabi, overseeing design reviews, QA/QC processes, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Review and monitor all architectural submissions to guarantee strict adherence to project specifications.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering professional development and excellence.
• Coordinate between architectural, engineering, and construction disciplines to ensure seamless integration.
• Implement and manage the project Assurance system in line with industry best practices.
• Conduct QA/QC of current IFC packages, identifying discrepancies, scope gaps, and shortfalls.
• Evaluate architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details against specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of experience in architectural project management.
• Proven expertise in quality control and QA/QC of architectural drawings.
• Strong knowledge of construction documentation and IFC packages.
