Site Engineer (Civil/Structural)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Civil/Structural Engineer with 2–5 years of consultancy experience to support site supervision across our ongoing projects in the UAE. The role involves ensuring that construction works are carried out in line with approved drawings, specifications, and local standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings, ensuring compliance with UAE standards.
• Coordinate and verify surveying works for accurate setting‑out, levels, and alignment.
• Conduct civil and structural inspections, material inspections, and witness testing according to approved submittals.
• Monitor safety compliance during civil and MEP activities and enforce standard construction practices.
• Prepare daily site reports, logs, and activity updates for the Resident Engineer.
• Perform quality checks, snagging, and final inspections at project close‑out.
• Liaise with contractors and clients to resolve technical issues and keep projects on schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a consultancy environment.
• Previous experience working in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of surveying, site coordination, and supervision procedures.
