Site Engineer – Construction & Fit‑out Projects

About the role

Kitchen Park is looking for a proactive Site Engineer to join its project delivery team in the UAE. The role is site‑based and focuses on the efficient, safe execution of construction and fit‑out activities for new kitchen facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support projects from design approval through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate with local authorities, manage inspections and obtain regulatory approvals.
• Organise materials, maintain site safety and cleanliness, and ensure tools are available.
• Prepare cost estimates, draw up work schedules and communicate adjustments to crews and clients.
• Gather data, compile reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with civil, structural engineers, architects and surveyors to verify site suitability.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Construction, Mechanical engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in site engineering, construction or project delivery.
• Experience in F&B‑related environments such as cloud kitchens or commercial food production facilities is preferred.
• Proven ability to work on fast‑paced, site‑based projects and coordinate contractors.
