Site Manager – Data Center

About the role

We are seeking a Site Manager to lead the execution of data‑center projects in Abu Dhabi, overseeing installation through integrated systems testing, operational readiness and client handover. The role demands full ownership of budget, schedule, quality and safety while delivering mission‑critical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide site leadership across Electrical, Mechanical, ELV, ICT, Security, BMS, EPMS, SCADA, Fire Alarm & Suppression and Controls.
• Drive L1–L5 activities including installation, pre‑functional testing, Integrated Systems Testing (IST) and performance/operational readiness testing.
• Lead fail‑over, redundancy and load‑bank testing, coordinating client witnesses, consultants and OEM representatives.
• Ensure zero‑harm safety culture and full HSE compliance on site.
• Manage commissioning documentation, turnover packages and client acceptance through warranty support.

Required profile

• Strong background in electromechanical and HVAC disciplines.
• Solid knowledge of UPS systems and power‑supply infrastructure.
• Proven experience on large‑scale, mission‑critical data‑center projects.
• Track record leading MV/LV generators, cooling systems and data‑hall infrastructure installation.
