Site Manager – High‑rise Construction (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead daily execution on a high‑rise construction project in Dubai. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the on‑site authority, coordinating trades, managing logistics and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Direct subcontractors and trade foremen on daily sequencing, manpower deployment and work fronts.
• Maintain and update the daily/weekly look‑ahead schedule, translating the master programme into on‑ground actions.
• Organise site logistics including material staging, crane and hoist scheduling, site access and safety zoning.
• Serve as the first point of contact for on‑site problem solving, resolving trade clashes and access conflicts in real time.
• Enforce HSE compliance in coordination with the dedicated HSE officer.
• Provide immediate progress and risk updates to the CEO, flagging any quality or safety issues.
• Walk the site multiple times a day and keep a detailed daily log of activities and issues.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field (or equivalent hands‑on experience).
• 8–10 years of experience as a Site Superintendent, General Foreman or Прораб on high‑rise projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors on active high‑rise sites.
• Familiarity with UAE construction site safety and labour practices is preferred.
• Fluent Russian speaker for communication with Russian‑speaking stakeholders.
