Site Manager – Operations Leader in Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Operations Leader to act as Site Manager for our fast‑paced manufacturing facility. You will drive production ramp‑up, ensure safety and quality, and lead a high‑performing team to meet both company and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all plant operations, including production, maintenance and logistics.
• Recruit, train and develop staff to build a high‑performing workforce.
• Set up materials, machinery and personnel to create efficient production lines.
• Develop and implement strategies that improve productivity, efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with local health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and cost controls.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, project management and HR across Saudi and US sites.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers and corporate leadership.
• Apply lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles where appropriate.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Hands‑on experience with welding, cutting, forming, fabrication and quality specifications.
• Strong knowledge of production management, safety standards and quality systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in Saudi Arabia and communicate effectively in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience applying lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma tools and continuous‑improvement techniques.
