Site Manager – Transient Aircraft Services (Secret Clearance)

About the role

The Site Manager leads day‑to‑day operations of Southwest Asia Transient Aircraft Services (SWA TAS) at a designated location. Reporting to the Lead Site Manager, you will ensure safe, efficient aircraft arrival, marshaling, servicing, turn‑around and departure in a 24/7 austere environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a ZERO‑Harm workplace by enforcing flight‑line safety, FOD prevention and tool‑control procedures.
• Ensure full compliance with environmental, safety, quality‑assurance, Technical Orders and U.S. Air Force directives.
• Oversee daily TAS activities, monitor performance against the Performance Work Statement and resolve operational challenges.
• Lead, supervise and mentor flight‑line personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and customer‑focused service.
• Coordinate tasking, assign work, monitor execution and schedule shift coverage to sustain continuous operations.

Required profile

• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Proven experience managing flight‑line or transient aircraft services in a high‑tempo, 24/7 environment.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with Government stakeholders and multinational coalition forces.
