Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join MultiBank Group’s global trading platform team. The role combines software engineering with operations to ensure the reliability, scalability and performance of our production infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain system reliability, uptime and performance across all production environments.
• Automate manual processes to reduce operational toil and improve efficiency.
• Design and implement monitoring, alerting and observability solutions for proactive issue detection.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to build scalable, resilient systems.
• Participate in incident response, root‑cause analysis and post‑mortem reviews.
• Develop and refine Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
• Enhance disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities to meet SLA requirements.
• Support capacity planning, performance tuning and resource optimization.
• Integrate security and compliance best practices into infrastructure operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a DevOps/Infrastructure role.
• Strong software engineering background with a focus on automation.
