Site Supervisor – Interior Fit‑Out & Joinery

About the role

The Site Supervisor – Interior Fit‑Out will lead daily site activities, manage manpower and coordinate subcontractors to deliver interior fit‑out works on time and to quality standards. You will ensure that all works follow approved drawings, specifications and health‑safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily interior fit‑out tasks such as partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, carpentry and finishing works.
• Monitor progress against project schedules and report any delays.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, technicians and site workers.
• Verify that works are executed according to approved shop drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Read and interpret drawings, layouts and technical instructions.
• Collaborate with site engineers, project managers and other teams for smooth execution.
• Inspect delivered materials, ensure proper handling, storage and usage.
• Conduct regular site inspections, maintain daily reports and material records.
• Coordinate with MEP teams and other trades to avoid clashes.
• Enforce health and safety requirements and promote safe working practices.
• Assist in snagging, rectification and handover activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Technical Certification in Civil Engineering, Construction, Interior Fit‑Out or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience as a Site Supervisor on interior fit‑out projects.
• UAE/GCC experience in commercial, hospitality, retail, residential or office fit‑out projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit‑out construction activities and finishing works.
• Good understanding of drawings, materials and construction methods.
• Proven ability to manage workers, subcontractors and site activities.
