About the role

We are seeking a disciplined and experienced Site Supervisor to lead our cleaning teams across assigned locations in Dubai. You will ensure daily cleaning operations run smoothly, maintain high standards, and address any client concerns promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate daily duties to cleaning staff and monitor attendance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with cleaning standards.
• Enforce company policies, prevent negligence, and manage break times.
• Maintain accurate site and attendance records.
• Oversee proper use of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Report employee, site, or client issues to management.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage a team fairly yet firmly.

• Previous experience in cleaning supervision or facility management preferred.
