Site Supervisor – Security Solutions

About the role

NAFFCO seeks an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of security solutions across project sites in Dubai. The role involves coordinating daily site activities, managing technicians and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise installation and commissioning of CCTV, access control, video intercom, structured cabling, gate barriers, parking management and other ELV systems.
• Review project drawings, specifications and installation plans before work begins.
• Monitor progress, prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and maintain accurate site documentation.
• Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, clients and main contractors to resolve technical and site issues.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations and company quality standards.
• Manage material requirements and follow up with internal teams for timely delivery.
• Conduct inspections, support testing, snag rectification and hand‑over activities.
• Enforce Health, Safety and Environmental policies on site.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising security or ELV projects.
• Strong knowledge of security systems and ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
