Site Supervisor & Site Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

Bronze Electromechanical Bros is seeking experienced Site Supervisors and Site Engineers to lead construction projects in Dubai. The successful candidates will manage day‑to‑day site activities, ensure compliance with project specifications, and deliver results within tight budgets and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee G+2, G+3 and G+4 building projects from start to completion.
• Handle daily challenges on site, making decisive decisions to keep work progressing.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures and ensure delivery within strict timelines.
• Coordinate and supervise on‑site teams, delegating tasks and monitoring performance.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience for Site Supervisor roles; 2–5 years for Site Engineer roles.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and decision‑making skills.
• Experience managing teams and day‑to‑day site operations.
