Site Technical Manager – Architectural background

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Technical Manager with a strong architectural background to lead technical coordination on high‑rise construction projects. The role combines engineering oversight, shop‑drawing management, and multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure project success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage shop drawing production, detailing, and technical coordination across Architecture, Structure, Civil, Interior Design, and MEP disciplines.
• Review and approve subcontractor submissions, materials, shop drawings, and technical calculations.
• Resolve on‑site technical issues and provide guidance to construction teams.
• Conduct technical meetings, workshops, RFIs, and material approvals.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, IFC drawings, NCC standards, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, planning, QA/QC, and commercial teams.
• Monitor technical status, approvals, and as‑built documentation.

Required profile

• Architectural background with at least 8 years of experience on high‑rise projects in the UAE.
• Minimum 8 years as a Site Technical Manager in the UAE.
• Arabic nationality.
• Proven contractor experience and strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
