Skills Coordination Intern – Knowledge Project (Dubai)

About the role

UNDP is seeking two in‑person Skills Coordination Interns to support the Knowledge Project in Dubai. The interns will assist in delivering the FutureSkills4All initiative, which aims to reskill and upskill thousands of learners across the Arab States.

Key responsibilities

• Support the coordination of skill‑development activities, including online courses and workshops.
• Assist in updating and maintaining the knowledge4all portal and its mobile application.
• Help organise the Knowledge Summit, KnowTalks events and other outreach activities.
• Contribute to data collection and reporting for the Global Knowledge Index updates.

Required profile

• Current university student or recent graduate interested in development, education or knowledge management.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work onsite in Dubai and collaborate with multicultural teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using online learning platforms.
