SOC Operator – Security Operations Center

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, the first integrated resort in the UAE, is seeking a skilled SOC Operator to join its Security team. The role involves monitoring and protecting resort facilities, guest areas and back‑of‑house operations through integrated security technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor CCTV systems, video analytics, access‑control and alarm systems.
• Proactively watch resort facilities, back‑of‑house areas and logistics for suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly to security alarms and incidents following SOC procedures.
• Coordinate and dispatch security officers, emergency response teams and other operational resources.
• Act as the central communication point during incidents and document all events in SOC logs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical certification in security systems or SOC operations.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a SOC or security control‑room environment.
• Preferably 1 year experience in luxury‑hotel site security.
• Good written and verbal English; bilingual Arabic is a plus.
