Social Media Content Creator

About the role

The Social Media Content Creator will join Travelipa Tours & Travel in Dubai to develop and execute creative content strategies across the company’s social platforms. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on producing engaging visual and written content that enhances the brand’s digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Create and design visually appealing posts, graphics, and short videos.
• Schedule and publish updates using social media management tools.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and optimise content based on analytics.
• Engage with audiences, respond to comments and foster community interaction.
• Collaborate with marketing, design and product teams to align content with campaigns.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging platforms to continuously improve the digital footprint.

Required profile

• Strong writing, storytelling and visual design abilities.
• Proficiency with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Experience using graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite and basic video editing.
• Knowledge of content planning, scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field.
• Interest or experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus.
