Social Media & Content Manager (Arabic)

About the role

The Social Media & Content Manager will develop and execute PECTIV's social media strategy, content planning, community engagement, and organic growth across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands branding, storytelling, content creation, influencer marketing, and community building.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PECTIV's social media strategy.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars and daily posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Write engaging captions, content briefs, and concepts.
• Coordinate content shoots, UGC creators, influencers, and photographers.
• Grow organic reach, engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
• Manage community engagement, respond to comments and messages.
• Organize weekly Instagram/TikTok Live sessions with gynecologists, dermatologists, and industry experts.
• Monitor competitor activities and social media trends.
• Track and report social media performance and content KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Experience creating content strategies for e‑commerce or consumer brands.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Experience working with influencers and content creators.
• Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.
• Experience in beauty, wellness, healthcare, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage.
