Social Media & Content Manager (Real Estate & Recruitment)

About the role

We are seeking a creative, highly organized and results‑driven Social Media & Content Manager to own the social media strategy and content execution for three distinct brands: two Dubai real‑estate accounts and a new recruitment technology platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and content strategy for all three accounts.
• Manage daily activity on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Create separate monthly and weekly content calendars for each brand.
• Conceptualise and produce reels, short‑form videos, educational pieces, property showcases and recruitment campaigns.
• Write compelling hooks, captions, scripts and video concepts.
• Coordinate with videographers, designers, editors, developers and internal teams.
• Plan and oversee property shoots and other content productions.
• Identify trends and translate them into brand‑relevant content.
• Build the personal brand of company leadership when required.
• Launch and grow the recruitment platform’s social presence from pre‑launch through acquisition campaigns.
• Monitor competitors, track performance metrics and continuously optimise the strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in social media management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple brand identities and audiences simultaneously.
• Strong organisational, creative and analytical skills.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional production teams.
