Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative, hands‑on, and data‑driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team in Dubai. You will blend content creation, design, video production, and digital advertising to strengthen the AspireX brand and engage our growing sports community across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Create engaging Arabic and English content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan content calendars, schedule, and publish posts.
• Write captions, calls‑to‑action, hashtags, and platform‑optimized copy.
• Research trends and generate creative content ideas.
• Manage community engagement and audience interaction.
• Monitor performance, report on KPIs, reach, engagement, and growth.
• Support paid media campaigns, including targeting, ad copy, and optimization.
• Coordinate digital assets for campaigns, events, and academy initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in social media and digital marketing.
• Strong Arabic and English copywriting abilities.
• Proficiency in graphic design and visual content creation.
• Experience producing short‑form video for Reels and TikTok.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads, analytics, KPIs, and ROAS.
• Sports marketing experience is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
