Social Media Executive

About the role

We are a global IT and BPO provider seeking multiple Brazilian Portuguese Social Media Executives to support airline customer service requests on social media platforms. The role involves handling inquiries, complaints and feedback in Brazilian Portuguese while ensuring a high level of service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to airline customer service queries on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr and Google+.
• Provide accurate and timely information in Brazilian Portuguese.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain records of interactions and generate regular reports.
• Continuously improve response processes and adopt new social media tools.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline with a strong academic record.
• Certified proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese with excellent written and spoken skills.
• Excellent written English.
• 1‑2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel or airline sector.
• Desirable: background in the travel industry.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr and Google+.
• Strong writing abilities in both Portuguese and English.
• Good technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Effective communication and relationship‑building skills.
