Social Media Executive

About the role

MINIMALIST is looking for a Social Media Executive to join its Dubai headquarters. You will help execute the brand’s social media strategy, ensuring a consistent, on‑brand presence across all digital channels. The role combines content creation, campaign support, and performance tracking to drive engagement and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of social media strategies and maintain content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Schedule and publish daily posts, reels, stories and other media formats.
• Assist in planning and launching campaigns linked to product launches, seasonal moments and brand objectives.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) and prepare basic reports to identify top‑performing content.
• Support e‑mail marketing efforts, including content drafting, list segmentation and scheduling using Klaviyo.
• Conduct competitor and trend analysis to uncover opportunities and stay ahead of digital trends.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media or content creation, preferably within a UAE‑based eCommerce, fashion, luxury or retail brand.
• Keen eye for aesthetics, tone and brand alignment.
• Understanding of Emirati culture and consumer personality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in Klaviyo for e‑mail marketing.
• Familiarity with G‑Suite productivity tools.
• Experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite graphic‑design software.
