Social Media Executive

About the role

As a Social Media Executive at Accor in Dubai, you will be the creative engine behind the brand’s digital presence. You will turn content into conversations, drive engagement, and build loyalty across a range of social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and execute impactful social media campaigns in collaboration with the Cluster Director of Digital Marketing.
• Build and nurture an engaged online community on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X and other platforms.
• Produce original, high‑quality short‑form and long‑form content, including scripting, shooting and editing.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and optimise content based on analytics.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, algorithms and best practices to ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience managing social media platforms.
• Proven track record of creating campaigns that increase reach, engagement and follower growth.
• Experience with content planning, scheduling and performance tracking using management and analytics tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Background in hospitality, lifestyle, F&B or travel is an advantage.
