Social Media Manager & Content Creator

About the role

Glossy Lounge is seeking a full‑time Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join its Dubai office. You will lead the brand’s social presence, crafting compelling content that reflects its sustainable loungewear ethos and engages a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a social media calendar across all key platforms.
• Write engaging captions and coordinate visual assets with the creative team.
• Optimize posts for reach, performance and paid advertising.
• Monitor trends, track analytics, and report on key performance metrics.
• Respond to community interactions and nurture influencer relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, product launches and cause‑related storytelling.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management for fashion, lifestyle or sustainability‑focused brands.
• Strong written communication in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Content strategy development aligned with brand objectives.
• Use of social media analytics tools for performance reporting.
• Creation and optimization of visual assets for social posts.
• Running paid social advertising campaigns and managing UGC content.
