About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing social media agency in Dubai that is looking for a Social Media Manager to join the team immediately. The role offers the chance to shape the agency’s strategy, work with multiple clients and drive creative social‑first campaigns in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for a portfolio of client accounts.
• Create and maintain content calendars and plan multi‑channel campaigns.
• Coordinate with creative teams to produce engaging social‑first content.
• Manage day‑to‑day social media activities across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Monitor performance, generate reports and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure delivery of agreed objectives.

Required profile

• Bilingual Arabic and English speaker.
• Proven experience working in a social media, creative or digital agency.
• Comfortable handling several client accounts simultaneously.
• Hands‑on, organised and able to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Expertise in Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn content creation and management.
• Strong understanding of social‑first content production.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into strategy.
