Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who will act as the bridge between our high‑output content studio and the sales team. The main goal is to turn daily social media activity into qualified real‑estate leads for our luxury brokerage.

Key responsibilities

• Publish and schedule posts each day on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn for both the company brand and the Marketing Director’s personal brand.
• Monitor the Bitrix24 CRM for new leads and forward them to the sales team via WhatsApp within five minutes.
• Handle all direct messages and comments in the Marketing Director’s voice, ensuring fast, professional, on‑brand responses.
• Coordinate with videographers, AI artists and content creators to execute the weekly publishing calendar (reels, carousels, listing videos, AI‑generated cinematic clips).
• Track and report weekly metrics – follower growth, reach, engagement, DM volume and lead count.
• Assist the Marketing Director with Meta Ads campaign setup and optimisation for international lead generation.
• Support on‑site content creation during client meetings and property shoots using an iPad.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of social‑media management experience, preferably in real‑estate, luxury or fast‑paced content environments.
• Demonstrated success growing Instagram and TikTok accounts (bring numbers to the interview).
• Comfortable using a CRM and understanding lead flow.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Highly organised, quick to respond and able to juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ball.
• Based in Dubai or able to relocate immediately for a full‑time, in‑office role.
