Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

Unique Properties is looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Manager to shape the brand’s digital presence across multiple channels. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to boost brand awareness and drive audience engagement in the luxury real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated brand and social‑media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, schedule and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
• Maintain consistent brand identity, messaging and visual standards across all touchpoints.
• Plan and optimise digital, email and offline marketing campaigns, including paid social advertising.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and leadership to ensure marketing initiatives support overall objectives.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, website traffic and ROI, providing actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate corporate events, product launches and exhibitions with the Events Coordinator.
• Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources and oversee external agencies, influencers and media partners.
• Lead, mentor and develop the internal marketing team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management, digital marketing and social‑media marketing.
• Strong communication, storytelling and copy‑writing abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Leadership experience with team‑development skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of major social‑media platforms and their analytics tools.
• Experience with paid social advertising and content marketing.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and performance reporting.
