Social Media & Personal Branding Specialist (CEO Office) – Arabic Speaker – Female

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media & Personal Branding Specialist to support the CEO of a leading UAE holding group. The role focuses on building the CEO’s digital presence, creating high‑impact content, and managing live coverage of events and media appearances.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive personal branding strategy for the CEO across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.
• Produce and publish thought‑leadership articles, market insights and leadership notes in Arabic and English.
• Accompany the CEO to conferences, real‑estate expos, TV interviews and press events, capturing video and photo assets for short‑form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
• Edit raw footage and create graphics using tools such as CapCut, Canva and Adobe Premiere.
• Monitor online reputation, track brand mentions and prepare monthly performance reports on audience growth and engagement.

Required profile

• Female candidate, native‑level Arabic with professional fluency in English.
• 3‑5+ years of social media management experience, preferably with executive or public‑figure branding.
• Strong knowledge of the real‑estate sector and macro‑economic trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram and YouTube platforms.
• Video editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere.
• Graphic design with Canva.
• Content creation and rapid turnaround editing.
