Social Media & PR Manager

About the role

Kitopi is seeking a hands‑on Social Media & PR Manager to own the public‑facing brand presence of its Healthy Pod brands across the GCC and to shape Kitopi’s broader social media strategy. The role blends content creation, community management, influencer partnership, and public relations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high‑quality content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns, seasonal promotions, dish launches and brand collaborations from concept through rollout.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across markets, adapting copy for Saudi, Dubai and platform‑specific nuances.
• Manage day‑to‑day community engagement and act as brand guardian on all social channels.
• Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce platform‑native assets.
• Lead a tiered influencer and ambassador programme in the UAE and KSA, handling paid, barter and performance‑based partnerships.

Required profile

• Strong copywriting ability with a knack for creating scroll‑stopping social posts.
• Comfortable engaging directly with online communities and handling public statements.
• Experience managing creator partnerships and drafting press releases.
