Social Media Specialist (Paid Social)

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Social Media Specialist to lead paid social advertising across Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn and other platforms. You will own the end‑to‑end process from strategy and execution to reporting and optimisation, driving high‑quality traffic and conversions for our cryptocurrency trading services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid social campaigns from start to finish.
• Build, test and optimise audience segments.
• Establish clear campaign structures and naming conventions.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brief, test and refine ad creatives.
• Set up tracking, tagging and attribution parameters.
• Monitor daily performance, adjusting budgets, bids and placements as needed.
• Run structured experiments (creative, audience and funnel tests).
• Report performance with actionable insights.
• Identify and resolve pixel firing issues, broken journeys and attribution gaps.
• Work closely with product, social, compliance and regional teams.
• Improve conversion rates by aligning targeting with landing pages.
• Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and local regulations.
• Stay updated on platform changes and algorithm updates.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience managing paid social campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimise performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
