Software Developer – Remote (AI Recruiter)

About the role

We are looking for a recent graduate to join a fast‑growing AI team as a Software Developer. You will work remotely on a full‑time basis, building and improving an AI recruiter agent that powers millions of interviews across finance, healthcare, engineering and more.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop full‑stack systems that support core product workflows.
• Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js.
• Create user‑facing features with React, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Support data modeling and optimize PostgreSQL performance.
• Integrate AI‑driven workflows with cross‑functional teams.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD pipelines and documentation.

Required profile

• Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate (within 2 years) in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and passion for learning in an AI‑focused environment.
• Ability to work within PST timezone overlap for global collaboration.
