Software Engineer - ElectronJS, Desktop (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Software Engineer specialized in ElectronJS to design, build, and maintain desktop applications. The position is fully remote and offers the chance to work with a global leader in the technology, information, and internet sector, delivering high‑quality software that enhances user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross‑platform desktop applications using ElectronJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Design, implement, and optimise new features while ensuring performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Debug, test, and resolve issues reported by users or identified through automated testing.

Required profile

• Proven experience with ElectronJS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.
• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and event‑driven architectures.
• Experience working with version control systems, especially Git.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
