Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Software Engineer to act as the on‑site technical lead for customer engagements. You will translate complex real‑world challenges into scalable AI‑driven solutions and ensure successful deployment across diverse environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on‑site technical delivery for customer projects and deployments.
• Design and implement end‑to‑end solutions covering APIs, backend services, data pipelines, and frontend interfaces.
• Deploy and configure systems in cloud, hybrid, and on‑premise settings.
• Build proofs of concept, pilot projects, and custom integrations based on client requirements.
• Troubleshoot full‑stack technical issues and provide hands‑on support.
• Conduct technical workshops, demos, and training sessions for customers.
• Gather customer feedback and translate it into product and engineering requirements.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• 3–8+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or a related field.
• Strong hands‑on coding ability, preferably full‑stack or backend focused.
• Proven experience working directly with customers in technical environments.
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Willingness to travel and work on‑site as needed.
